Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to process a return for an exchange or credit.
You must contact us by filling out the form below and explaining your reason for return.
All returns must be approved and have an RMA # in order to be accepted in our warehouse.

Once your return is given a RMA #, we must receive this return no later than 10 days after.

Exchanges/credits are processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
Credits will be issued to the customer

Platform account for the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping fees.

Please use a form of shipment that includes tracking information
to confirm that we received your exchange.

We are NOT responsible for missing/lost packages and will not process exchanges/credits for merchandise we do not receive.

Any lost packages, you must file a claim with the courier you used to ship your return.
Please note that ALL items must have their original tags attached, be unworn and unwashed.
